When your posture, performance, or emotional wellbeing becomes compromised, the underlying problem is often unreliable kinesthetic perception. I am interested in investigating the effectiveness of changing the way we use ourselves by changing the sensory appreciation of our breath.
The breath connects our inner impulses and outer experiences. If we interfere with our natural breathing rhythms, we jeopardize efficiency. Bringing awareness to the breath stimulates balance, and restores coordination among all parts of the body. Breath is the engine of our vitality and fuel for our inspiration.
