The 11th International AT Congress Directors is excited about the amazing and talented group of presenters, from both inside and outside of our community, that we will be having as our Keynote Speakers, Plenary Presenters, and Continuous Learning Teachers.
We hope that our International Alexander Technique community will come and learn from these presenters as well as each other. Come meet, listen, learn and engage together.
The Congress will offer four formats of Presentations to choose from:
Main Stage Keynote and Plenary Presentations
Continuous Learning Sessions, group learning that continues daily throughout the week
Panel discussions and breakout sessions in the fields of Science, Education, and Performance and Business
An extensive selection of Afternoon Workshops
Everyone is welcome to the Main Stage presentations in the Mundelein Center.
Group sizes will be limited to the Continuous Learning Sessions. Hence, register for the Congress as early as possible to help ensure that you get your preferences for Continuous Learning.
No booking is necessary for Afternoon Workshops, but most classes will be limited to 20-25 participants, to allow for an optimal teaching experience. It will be a first come, first served basis.
